TTK Digital Collectors from Best Buy

So I bought the digital collector's edition from BestBuy today, and I was supposed to be emailed a code to download everything. That was 7 hours ago, and now I'm reading on BBuy forums that I won't actually receive the code until 9/15 when TTK drops. What the hell?

If you purchased the game from Best Buy, you will have to contact Beat Buy regarding distribution dates.
