last night three members of my clan were doing trials, jsneed23, suicidekings007 and myself. it was late and we were trying to get suicide his very first trials peice of armor ever, the helmet for the warlock. after goose egging 3 trials cards we finnally got him to 5 wins with only our mercy used. the next match starts, we spawn in and it shows no wins on the card!!! we thought it was a glitch so we played that game through and won so we were supposed to be 6-0 someone checked the time and reset had occurred. we played another game and lost so 6-1/ 1-1 and exit trials to see if he can at least pick up that he earned for getting 5 wins. but like you probably already know suicide couldn't get those rewards because we were 15-20 minutes late getting to the vestian outpost. it never kicked us from trials until we left it simply took all the wins away. In my opinion he deserves those rewards. he got the wins and he had the glimmer to buy them. to those of you who think "well you should have gotten on earlier (insert plural explitive here)," we couldn't since many of our clan including myself were helping others in our clan to become legend including running two people through their first Skolas which ended today. he dereves these rewards, at least the helmet, since he earned it, we were in trials at the reset and it never kicked us or informed us trials were not open. you can take one of mine if you don't just want to give him one but he by all rights earned it. he royally got screwed over by not being able to buy it. i propose that Trials gear should reset on thursday so that if you had your best card near reset you aren't penalized for playing at that time im hoping most of you will agree and bump this if this has happened to you or one of your clan mates, because ALL of you should have gotten what you earned too.
