I did not get a guaranteed Treasure Key from completing Queen's Bounties after the patch
Patch notes for 1.2.0.2 says that Treasure Key is guaranteed from completing a Queen's Bounty each week after the weekly reset.
I did all 6 bounties on my Titan and sure enough, I got a Treasure Key.
However, I then completed all 6 bounties on my Hunter and did not get a key.
Is the Treasure Key guaranteed only one per account and not one per character?
My consumables were not full (i.e. had empty slots) and I also checked the postmaster and he didn't have a key either.
Edit 1: I finally got around to doing the Queen's Bounties for my third character (Warlock) and when I handed in all 6 bounties, I did NOT get a key.
Edit 2: I did all 6 bounties on each of my 3 characters this week and the very first bounty that I handed in, got a Key, but did not get any subsequent keys.

The patch notes were never clear about this. I just assumed (since it was happening) that it's once per week per account, not character.
