The Transitioners main group/clan now has a base of operations for the UK player base! If you are on PS4, playing in and around the UK and are looking to complete Raids and other weekly activities regularly then please come and join up! We originally started out as a group of gamers who had transitioned from the Xbox 360 to the PS4 thus we were short on friends. Now the main group boasts a healthy following and a bustling player base. Hoping the same will be said for the UK variant! No requirements, other than being friendly and hospitable to others.
