I have been dying to play TES and I'm losing my mind. Like, I would buy Skyrim or Oblivion again if I could play it on PS4. I might have to cave and pick up ESO when it's out for consoles.
So for those of you playing it on PC already, I have to ask:
How do you like it?
-
I enjoyed it at launch but had too stop playing after the first month. Gonna go back when its free.
-
I heard from AJAS it sucks hard
-
I've heard it was bad at launch, but has gotten much much better since then.
-
Terrible. Had to seek medical help after playing.
-
Don't it's a shitty game and a waste of time
-
Vicetexin doesn't want to talk, go bother someone else
-
This sounds awful lol. I watched a video yesterday and it looks nothing like I imagined.
-
I think it would be better for them to release Morrowind, Oblivion, and Skyrim on current-gen/PC and incorporate co-op play.
-
It was a mistake making a mmo TES.
-
It was awful, I'm not waiting for it, it being subscription didn't make it bad, it was so boring and if you play with a friend, it was even worse old sport.
-
I have to ask has it gotten better? I only played when I think the 3rd beta invitations were sent and had after awhile had connection issues
-
last time i played it was slightly before destiny came out, and it was then much better than after launch (like all mmos) hitted lvl 50 aka veteran rank 1, hated that system, but they're revamping it to the march or so update, so i'm gonna check it then again (yay no sub fee also)
-
Never played it, but the things Ive heard about it are unfavourable.
-
Well, i heared it was patched in good ways since launch, i like the elder scrolls in general, i like khajiits, i wanted to visit elswyr for the longest time, its coming to PS4 without a subscription fee soon, and i like co op. its pretty much an %80 garanteed chance ill buy it a few weeks after re release... if it doesnt have major game breaking bugs, or lag, or possibly pure online mode all the time like destiny or PvZ guarden warfare that can boot u out to the main menu at any time... im ganna be dissapointed arent i? That last 1 i mentioned is possibly at fault...

It is a quality game but it's definitely more enjoyable with friends

Edited by CrimsonIXEspada: 2/2/2015 5:47:54 PMThe Elder Scrolls is my favorite game franchise of all time. I'm a huge Lorewhore, and I must say, ESO is really fun to play. After all the patches, I would give it 4 out of 5 stars. Good, but not perfect

Edited by MFWolfman: 2/2/2015 4:05:35 PMI played it for the first month or so that it was out. I really enjoyed it for the most part. Sadly I cancelled at about the one month mark because the developers started nerfing class abilities in a misguided attempt to get a handle on all the bots that were running around. I ended up spending more of my time reporting bots than getting to sit and enjoy the game. It really hurt the immersion, which is arguably the best part of the Elder Scrolls games. Maybe they've gotten it all figured out, but the last couple of weeks in the game for me were so bad that I don't even want to give it another shot at this point.

(Not what you asked for, I know) I would have loved to play it but the subscription fee held me back and then I heard a lot of talk about how it was like a generic, repetitive MMO with an elder scrolls skin. Granted that still sounds great but the subscription fee combined with that doesn't make it worth it (for me)
