I want my Money back!!! where is that link?

Dear Bungie, I of course like many people feel like starting this letter out with a lot of expletives and insults to your intelligence as a company and your management team in particular. I however am not going to get that bent out of shape because of the tactics you use to cover your shortcomings as game makers or your inabilities to anticipate customer desires. I simply want my money back. I paid for this and the next DLC as a package and I don’t want it, I won’t play it, and I feel like I have wasted time by having purchased the Game in the first place. You have moved from a somewhat imbalanced drive towards Crucible PVP to almost a complete requirement for the activity. So, I would like my money back. I can’t stand the crucible, if I wanted to play pvp I would buy games that do it much better than Destiny does. So I would like my money back. You did have a way to balance PvP and PvE by allowing material to be traded for crucible marks and reputation, but that was done away with. Because of this I would like my money back. You also forced weekly and nightfall raids to have to have the DLC to participate when they have never had to do so before, you couldn’t do the work to make new raids you just upped the monster levels of previous work, which takes no thought or creativity. Because of this I would like my money back. It normally takes the greed of executives and contempt of a management team longer than the first DLC before their decision makings tend to destroy the essence of the game. So perhaps congratulations are in order to your management team for that? But that mentality also points forward to any future DLC or updates that might be provided to users in the future…it is not a happy thought. If you take the Assassins Creed franchise for instance, (with minor exception) it is predominately a successive and rather transparent re-skinning of previous games to generate income regardless of end user experience. Because I see that in Destiny’s future, I don’t want to be a part of it, and it is also why I want my money back. Destiny is also now obviously employing more delaying tactics and impediments for character development such as commendations, in addition to crucible marks and the now lesser important vanguard commendations and marks. Because of this I want my money back. Players tend to look forward to playing new content, missions, armor, weapons, and while you have provided new weapons and armor and a very few new missions, you have made it almost a requirement to trash all of my characters current armor and weapons. If I were to look to replacing my current equipment with the new equipment it would take months under constant play to acquire the marks and the new commendations requirements to replace just what I currently have, and it will probably be the same thing or worse for the next update or DLC because you don’t have the desire or ability to really release new content, missions, or game improvements, I want my money back. Perhaps this will bring home the overall theme of how I see Bungie and the Destiny game; when the typewriter first came out it had a different layout for the keys, but the typists got so fast they locked up the letter hammers rather frequently, so the company’s solution to this problem was not to make a better typewriter, but to move the keys around to slow down the typists. Of course with modern keyboards there is no possibility that key hammers will get locked up but we are still left with the inferior key layout as pointed out in this article “The Curse of QWERTY” http://discovermagazine.com/1997/apr/thecurseofqwerty1099/ Bungie, you have obviously failed to make a better product and have employed the QWERTY solution to the content problem as opposed to making a better game or even adding real content. I know it can’t have escaped your awareness that your ships…do nothing, you can’t fly. Yes the ships have rockets and bombs and what appear to be other weapons, but they are just for show. An improvement might have something more than costume ships, but that would mean you would have to make a world where aerial attacks were possible and you would have to make play areas larger than a bathtub. Far Cry 4 is now out, and while it does have some flaws I can fly or drive or walk from one end to the other, and if you were to combine every play area in it to yours, they would still have more play area than you do. If I wanted PvP combat, COD is far better at it than you are. I liked what was there before, but what was there before isn’t there now and it seems that while you might be adding some cosmetic things to your game it is apparent that on its current trajectory it isn't going to have any real improvements, and in fact management is comfortable with a smaller player base, and in a way it makes sense, fewer players means less need for servers, programmers, support (not that you have much of that now). Catering your content to crucible players means less work all the way around, and it is your game so that is fine, but I don’t want to pay you for that decision which has no benefit for my game play or style. Because of that I want my money back. I know management hates to hear any news that doesn't stroke their egos so I doubt that this letter would mean anything to them (if they ever read it) and if at some point they notice their income going down maybe they will want to make the game better…I don’t care, Bungie has shown a contemptuous and capricious treatment of its players like myself, and I am not a masochist. Give me my money back and I will happily go elsewhere, I have no desire to get caught up in the drama of bad management decisions. So in case you haven’t gotten the idea of what I want help with…I want the money that I paid for both of the DLC’s back. I actually would like back all of the money I spent on the entire thing considering you changed the games fundamental characteristics, but I will consider that like I do when I loan someone 20 bucks who avoids you so they don’t have to pay it back…money well spent to weed out the undesirables in my life. I haven’t played, nor do I desire to play your new game nor to I wish to play your DLC’s, nor do I suspect that I will want to deal with anything marked by the name “Bungie” in the future. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! where is that "helpful" link? I would like to thank "Paid2betatest" for pointing me in the correct direction. If you, like myself have purchased your Destiny DLC through the playstation network, you can call 1-855-999-Sony (7669) and get a refund within 5 minutes. The game was nice (kinda) while it lasted.
