Expansion Pass Not Working

Hello Guys, I am unable to use The Dark Below expansion after purchasing the Expansion pass (DB and HoW) for the game thru PSN. Anyone having the same issue? I tried to check my library and says its Installed, but to my dismay, I am still unable to play it. When In orbit, it says "Expansion Required" or whatever the hell it is. Hope you guys could help! I have a physical disc for the game (I guess its R3 since i am in Asia now, but my account is EU based). Thanks!

  • This sounds like a region code mismatch issue. Both the game and dlc need to be from the same region code.

  • I think you hit the nail on the head. While playstation systems do not apply region lock restrictions to playing to discs, they do region lock digital content. Furthermore, if the region of your disc and your account/digital content do not match, the digital content will not work.
