I got Red Death from a legendary engram yesterday and Gjallarhorn from the night fall and I have a bunch of completed bounties to turn in but I am not sure which one to rank up first. Anyone have ideas?

Only reason I would ever consider Red Death over Jellyhorn is if you're having issues healing on Crota. Otherwise, Jellyhorn hands down.
-
Red death. I was Disappointed in my ghorn. Hunger of crota is almost as good and its a legendary
-
Is this a real question?
-
Seems like a maxed Ghally is necessary to get in on a Crota Hard team, so go with that.
-
Definitely Red Death

I would do Gjallahorn. It helps solve harder content in a way red death doesn't. Red Death is by far better for casual playing, dailies, etc. However for hard content such as nightfall and raids Gjallahorn is better. I van frankly use almost any weapon for easy content but the converse isn't necessarily true for hard content. Crota the boss fight is the only place we can argue either way. Except I believe there are many decent ways to heal yourself that to don't need to rely on red death. However Gjallahorn is excellent at hitting crota and knowing down his shields. Consistency of damage on crota allows good sword runs which I think is more important than a random heal.

I get the feeling that Joe is just here to brag about his awesome exotics that everyone wants ;)
-
From a swordbearer's perspective, gally. Nothing worse then a team who can't take down the shields.
-
Is this a serious question
-
Thanks for all the responses. In looking at it I will be going for Jelly horn since I have all the healing exotic helmets.

Ghorn if you like pve more, and want to be an asset to the raid. Red death if you play pvp more, and want to be superman.
-
Depends on your other weapons. g-horn will make you a lot of friends in PvE
-
Dismantle both, neither are worth your time honestly.
-
Ghorn
-
Unless you have nothing else to heal yourself in the Crota raid, do Gally first.
-
Probably Ghorn as that's what everyone wants people to have in Crota Hard
