Sucks to suck man. They never should've sold lvl 31 gear and I hope they won't sell better gear in HoW but I know they will. The point of the raids is to get better gear than the normal casuals and scrubs have. If you don't raid then you shouldn't get better gear than the old raid gear just because of the new expansion coming out

Last time I checked, less than 10% of players have ever raided in destiny, the rest are the ones paying to keep destiny going, you piss them off, the game stops. Are you that foolish?
-
They should have never gave vendor armor to get level 31 anyway alot of people such as my self grinded hoursly for vog raid gear.. and if you dont raid whats the point to even playing....
-
Then oh well for you. People shouldn't be essentially handed higher armor after others worked their asses off for it.

That would end my destiny. I have played 2 VOG Raids but it is not something I would play frequently. It is fun from time to time but it doesn't give me anything extra to the game. I stick mainly with story missions, patrols, Heroic and Nightfall strikes. If I can't take on the higher level mission stories without farming raids, I'd rather put the game away and play other games. Thank you Bungie

Man it's not hard to find a raid team I raid with my clan and randoms, actually I beat Crota with randoms before my clan. Just hit up the forums

The real question is why don't you raid. What's the problem, Noone want to play with you?
-
Levels make a 10% difference in damage, correct? Per shot? They should sell vanguard and crucible gear that gets you close to raid gear. That one level for raid gear is a HUGE difference. If the don't players who don't raid will be stuck at 31 and will be so far behind for house of wolves. It also lets players who do raid and have tons of energies, commendations, etc in their inventory immediately have a leg up on the new raids. This is important, because all I ever read about is how glitched they are from the start. A 32 player right now is way better than my 31. So don't worry about it. Raiders will always do better than non-raiders.

There is nothing to suggest that it is a bad thing. I think that people will be working to get the new 'group' gear as soon as possible if its better than CE raid gear. Here is the deal. If say they made a gap. Between the group game and the raid game. You then are FORCING new players to the game to grind out old raids to play catch up. You see this in games like Everquest. Where people had difficulty jumping to current content because of a gap. I for one will work towards ANY gear that is better whether it be group or raid. I am honestly disappointed with the raid stats there isn't a huge difference that I am seeing.
-
I also rarely raid. If there is a difference in vendor gear vs raid gear, then after HoW, in the next DLC those of us who don't won't be able to enjoy all the content. That's when I'll drop out.
-
I was so disappointed when I couldn't buy eclipse maw anymore. So sexy

There needs to be a bigger difference between raid gear and vendor gear. Not to shut out the people that don't raid. But to provide a difference in level to help those that do find other raiders. Ie: level 31 that fails to do crotas end because he's using unmaxed weapons and can't figure out why he's not doing enough damage. (We don't want raiders like this pretending they've done it before just because they are high level)

I wouldn't be so upset if the vendor went to 32 then for how
