So I work in IT........

I work in IT, I'm familiar with user communication strategies and project management. I have not been enjoying the Community Feedback from Bungie. We can't even get Bungie to say they are working on the heavy ammo bug. Why? Because Deej, and more likely his higher ups feel they can spam us that they are working on Monkey errors but cant say they are fixing a major bug. There is only one conclusion. Bungie knows they can get away with this because they had a stellar year and they sold 9 million copies give or take. The average news update has around 3K comments. Lets just say 10 times that number reads the updates, 30K. Welcome to the .003%. It is easy to ignore anything in the forum, because of how hard it is for anything to bubble up in the mainstream. I just think it is shameful. As an IT Engineer, I take my responsibility seriously. To me, you the user are as important as the company CEO. I'm not going to ignore you because your in the .003%. If I knew something with a scope like the heavy ammo bug was in my environment, not only would I be giving regular updates but I would be making some progress! You can say all day long Deej that you don't want to pressure your devs or make unrealistic promises. None of that holds water in the IT development world and you know it. Your just playing on the fact the end user doesn't realize that is not the case. Of course you don't offer unrealistic promises but that is a non-answer. Now please go get a few devs who are working on Destiny 2, and get them going on an Agile SCRUM to fix this. I know you know what a SCRUM is.
