Whether these changes come in destiny or its sequels. I'd like to see...
• More vehicles and better vehicle integration in campaign, strikes, and crucible. That means for PvE more specific vehicle parts designed for vehicles to be used vs vehicles. [Edit]: Think of the mission with the elephant tank in halo 4, or the mission at the end of Halo combat evolved or halo 3 where you drive a warthog to escape. Think of missions like the ones in ODST (or really any halo game) where the player would operate a vehicle for some duration and then be back on foot.
• Visible evidence of the vanguard (and friends). Have uniformed vanguard guardians out in the world fighting enemies (like we already see cabal and vex fight on Mars). Have them guarding dead orbit archeological digs. Have new monarchy doing marching patrols. Have future war cult raiding enemy positions.
Make these interactions public events. Jump in and help Fwc raid a position or help vanguard hold one. Have these actions on completion have the npc hand out a patrol mission.
• Space battles - coop and vs, coop could be like destroy and infiltrate a fallen ketch, or destroy a hive pod hurdling towards earth.
• Better Story
• Missions in the last city: Deal with an exo terrorist cult who believe in vex gods. Fight awakon separatists. All the models exist, they just need some AI.
