There has been too many times I was happy with the look of my character only to realize after gettting to the tower that my awoken's anime style cut is actually a soccer mom cut, length in the front, short on back. I have deleted numerous characters because of this. Some of these styles actually have ponytails in the back, yet you aren't allowed to see them until you reach the tower. Pretty unacceptable. I have made a topic on this before with a request to allow us to alter our characters how we see fit after hitting level 20. These are supposed to be our characters. Kind of odd that we are hit with "oh shit" moments of regret wasting all the beginning game time to reach the tower.
