Things i'd like to see (the small and the extreme)

The Small: -------------------------------------------- 1. Delete objects in mailbox 2. Higher Glimmer Cap 3. Higher Vanguard and Crucible cap 4. Xur selling a yellow "Upgrades older exotic weapon with updated tech" so we no longer have to chance Xur having the weapon we want to upgrade. 5. Xur selling an object that allows players to change or add a weapons elemental damage ( ex changes onewayticket from solar to arc. ex2: places an element on most primary weapons that are currently only kinetic. The Extreme ------------------------------------------- 1. Hunters Golden Gun does critical damage (hardly affects crucible and gives hunters a relevant use) 2. Get rid of blade dancer. Replace with Arc Sniper super, stealth oriented subclass. (able to turn on and off stealth, same duration and CD as current stealth bladedancer mechanics, just allows for players to turn stealth on by hiting left or right on the D pad instead of crouching) The idea of blade dancer is a solid one, but better suited for actually using a blade as a primary weapon, maybe think about adding the Blade Dancer as a class, Ex class (Blade dancer, sub class 1 Knight(defense oriented sword user 2. Berserker - Twin Blade attack oriented. 3. Crota's End - To short, lacking in bosses and overall fun. Boss Idea's 1. Giant Wizard - rotating elemental shields (Phase 1 Fire, Phase 2 Arc, Phase 3 Void) 2. Huge Ogre - honestly just a high HP boss, Simple and fun 3. Thrall Army - first part of the raid is pretty good with thralls, but still feels like strike level thralls, i want to see just a crazy number of thralls leaving the raid group wide eyed and mouth open like "Well...... -blam!-.." 4. Vault of Glass 1. Needs to be updated so gear has atleast 33 light, and weapons do 331 damage vex mythoclass maybe upgraded to 350 2. add to a vendor the ability to trade 3 shards or energy for the radiant equivalent. 5. Customizability 1. Player - add some racial abilities or some difference between picking each species ex. ( Human - increased reputation gain EXO - increased movement speed and jump height Awoken - increase stealth effects and faster or stronger melee damage or speed. 2. Armor - all armor is broken into 3 parts with the stats divided and can be removed and placed into other armor pieces, allowing players to pick and choose what armor they want to keep for looks. EX (Raid Chest Armor - Armoring has the light, and armor upgrades, mods and enhancements have the (intel str dis) divided between the 2. armorings can only be placed into the piece they where removed from EX (Chest armoring can only be placed in another chest piece not gloves helm or legs) and vice versa leg armorings can only be placed in legs not gloves. mods and enhance can be mixed and matched for players to decide. 3. Weapons - same concept with armor, (Barrels, Mod1, Mod2, Enhance) barrels keep damage and upgrade stats however the mods now change the perk 1 and 2 choices ex (Rocket with a mod1 tracking and mod2 clown mag) and enhancements change the 3 choice selection Ex (Sniper with increased stability, armor piercing rounds, faster reload) 4. Shaders - maybe allow solid color shaders or atleast the ability to shade each piece of armor, maybe switch from a shader to a armor dye mechanic, allowing to obtain dyes and change the color of each armor piece. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I'm sure there is more, but let me know what you think so far

  • Bladedancer is fine IMO and it suits the contrast of Hunter playstyles quite well. The Gunslinger is the ranged class, so having another ranged class would be redundant. Plus, out of all the subclasses (and I used them all a lot), I enjoyed Bladedancer the most because of the playstyle. Your idea is pretty solid and interesting, don't get me wrong, but I feel like just adding more subclasses would help. The Void subclass for Hunters could be a sniper class! The race differences should be minor buffs like one gets more rep, one gets more glimmer, and one gets more marks because at the moment the stuff you suggested is a bit too much of a difference. The idea of a difference in general is great, though. As for your comment, the classes are balanced. Just have a go with each one of the subclasses and you will feel the drawbacks on each one.

  • I limited changes to Classes because Titans are somewhat balanced, Sunsingers are game breaking (literally self revive breaks the game, and grenades can knock raid bosses off) and Hunters are Disappointing ( My favorite class, but can't compare to self-reviving for Hard Mode raids and Golden gun isn't worth using, takes 2 shots for oracles in HM and no crit damage, does about as much as a sniper with weapons of light)
