[Question] Last Word vs. Thorn for PVE
I've been using Suros REGIME (my fav gun) as my main for virtually everything, except when I need exotic secondary/heavy.
I couldn't find any updated information on which between The Last Word and Thorn is better for PVE. I was just about to start leveling up my Last Word until last night I got the Thorn exotic bounty. I love my Suros in PVP and can't find myself switching to a handgun for that, but for PVE I feel like a handgun may be better in certain situations. Any opinions and reasoning would be appreciated, thanks in advanced!

I mentioned this in another post. There is nothing stopping you from using Last Word or Thorn in pve. If you have fun using it, go for it. The way I see it more fun = use to handling it = better at killing with it Now, in my opinion, I would choose Thorn in pve setting for several reasons: -the dot keeps shields down on majors while you reload and keep going -it can over penetrate and take out any other targets behind your main target -final round perk HOWEVER, in the right hands and experienced FPS shooter, those who can land those precision head shots from the hip deserve the Last Word. It really is a beast.
