Hi, I've noticed that I have not received any ascendant materials from the Postmaster for completing Gold Tier Public Events. There was a bug where no rewards were received, then the update that went live with the DLC sort of patched it, but now, the rewards are always Strange Coins or Motes of Lite. The rewards are meant to be "upgrade materials" - coins and motes are definitely NOT upgrade materials since they can not be used to upgrade anything. The first daily Gold Tier Public Events were one of two sure fire ways to get ascendant materials, and now this has been removed from the game. The other sure fire way was Daily Heroics, but that too has been removed for non-DLC buyers, so no longer have definite ways to get ascendant materials. I have many guns that I would like to upgrade, but no ascendant energies :(
