Reset mission checkpoint?
I launched the Archive mission to get the vanguard bounty to kill Simiks-3, the named servitor in the middle of the mission. I landed at the checkpoint in the last area since i had last left the mission at that checkpoint.
Other than finishing the mission and starting it over, is there a way to just restart a mission from the beginning if you've made some progress in it?

I think I found it on Xbox One; after you select a planet, hover over the mission you want to start. Here, I see an option for "Resume" (press 'A') or "Restart" (press 'X'). However, it doesn't seem to make a difference here what button you push. But! When you select the difficulty, if you press 'X' on the level you want, [b]then[/b] you are prompted that this will reset your activity.

6 RepliesTry pushing x or square on it on the map. That is how you reset the raid. I imagine it works similar.

Just change the heroic modifier to a different level.

Happened to me, too. I've played it solo on 15 and 20. The bounty for Divisive Mind doesn't complete if you start at a checkpoint rather than the beginning. I hit the square to restart (PSN), and I continued at the checkpoint. I clicked square, changed the level to 22, and it started at the beginning. Went back to orbit, lowered it to 20 again, and I started at the checkpoint. So I guess I complete this bounty on 22. Or I try playing part of it on 22 first and see if that works.This needs to be unglitched.
