I just lead my first hard raid. The other 6 times, I was invited to join, then became the pseudo-leader / strategist . But last night even though I had already completed it for this week, I lead my very first group. It felt great. Everyone listened to every word I said. They were asking me what they should equip, how they should spec, it was a joyful experience. I have felt quite accomplished already doing it on hard multiple times. However, finally I can honestly say I lead my very own group, of hard VoG virgins into the vault, and came out as HEROS :] ^.^ thank you bungie for giving us the chance to create our own destiny
