The Diary
Time to start creating diary entries. Remember the setting: middle of nowhere (somewhere between germany and northwestern russia); Anna and her family (father mother sister); only bare minimums on each person. Lol, kinda like D&D!

The road ahead seems to only grow longer with each days passing. At night as I lie awake, I can't help but gaze up at the stars, wondering if we will ever reach them. Father says Berlin is only a couple more days walk but he hasn't been himself lately and I wonder if he knows where we are. Sister, mother and I have no choice but to stand by him and follow his judgment. The changing colors of fall remind me of how beautiful this place used to be

1 ReplyApril 19th, We have walked this worn road now for what seems days now.. my legs hurt but my father tells me we must keep pushing on. We found some food at an old Military drop site, not much but enough to feed us all. My father has gotten stranger as the days pass, maybe due to the eerie sounds of creatures lurking in the night. I'm not scared though. Mother says there are rumors of a safe zone in Berlin. We are headed that way in hopes that someone will help us. Tomorrow brings us closer.
