The new front page is... fresh I have to say, even though I am not a fan of the focus on blue. In general the layout's still the same with a few tweaks - can't say i dislike it.
However the actual big news is the new curator system which allows groups to highlight games, so others with the same preferences can see them - the same thing reviwers do, but without getting bribed by the big companies. It works like any follower system would. I think that's gonna be a better alternative than steam's jammed frontpage featuring random games.
As for now I only chose TB and Jim Sterling as my curators.
Opinions about the update? Thoughts about the new curator system? And who are you going to follow?
I might as well just ask that here...
Is there an existing Flood steam group? I am interested in joining. I would appreciate a direct link.
Eh... Not much of a fan, but the only thing that's guaranteed in life is change.

Bump for GabeN.

Eh? Did they do anything besides turn it blue?

Is there a flood group? I'd like to at least add some more people. I don't have enough friends yet :/

It's okay

Steam is for peasants.

Minus the blue change everything else seems the same. Then again my steam auto boots when I play Skyrim which is my most played game. I don't actually lunch Skyrim from steam though, game is modded to the max.

I can recommend 8chan's curator page wholeheartedly.

I do like how it will tell you if a game is in your library when browsing the specials/top sellers. (I sometimes forget which games I have)

It turned the icon blue. I haven't clicked on it yet. ('-' )

All I've managed to notice about the update was a new desktop icon. It still seems like steam to me.
