N00b Cryptarch Advice Requested
When I level up my cryptarch I am able to decode green engrams by myself. Does this mean that the cryptarch doesn't gain level anymore when I pick up green engrams?

From what I've seen greens get decoded automatically, but they serve as no rep to the rank of the engram guy only blue and above gives him higher rank and eventually each rank he gets you get a package from him with various engrams
