the third subclass

You know how each class has 2 sub classes and a blank? You ever wonder what that third subclass might be? While I don't know the name, I can speculate on the attributes. Each class has 2 of the 3 attributes. HUNTERS The flame type Gunslinger And the Arclight type blade dancer TITANS Have the Arclight Striker And the void type defender WARLOCKS Have the void type void walker And the flame type Sunsinger Notice a pattern? Hunters are missing void abilities Titans are missing solar abilities And Warlocks are missing Arc abilities Whatever the empty spot on the subclass selection is, it has to be the missing attributes :) UPDATE! or what if each class gets a completely new attribute liiiiiike.....DARKNESSSS!!!!!

Well even though this was posted a while ago this is a summary of the new subclasses: WARLOCK:Stormcaller Calls forth lightning and blast foes with the power of arc. (Looks and acts like arc blade but the lightning has long range and you can aim where you want to shoot like a gun.) HUNTER:Nightstalker Calls void to create a bow with 2 arrows. It works like this: when you shoot one arrow you are still fully charged. When you shoot the other the super has to recharge. The arrows spread out like a web when it hits something stunning all enemies caught so they can't move. TITAN:Sunbreaker Create a flaming solar hammer that you can smash enemies to a pulp with. (Acts almost exactley like arc blade but you can throw the hammer and it with return to you) That's a summery of the new subclasses.

          • I have a subclass for hunter it's called star gazers knightmear the player will summon a shield like the relic in vog. The player will hold lb and lift the shield up and absorb all enemy or guardian fire including rockets grenades for 7 seconds the they will be able to shoot it all back at them or they will get 2 arblade like swigs with the shield

Or what if they've already been told what they are just we are missing the specifics like a hunter has a void bow and a warlock has a lightning storm and the Titan has a solar hammer. Wouldn't that be something. Edit: sorry just looked at the date

                • I have an idea for a hunter void subclass, its name would be void walker. Its melee ability is a medium velocity line of chains that reaches short to mid range. When an opponent gets hit with it, they only see darkness, get damaged, and trapped. When you hit them with it you teleport behind them, where you can then finish them off. The downside of this is that it will recharge slower than other melees and after the invisibility wears off you can't see for 5 seconds. This keeps it from being too overpowered. The super for this class would be called the traitors path, it makes your name tag look like you are on their team, with the nametag of one the players on the deceiver's opposing team. Also, if your crosshairs go on the deceiver, they will light up green. On the radar, you show up as an ally. The three grenades will be: the void arm grenade, a grenade that creates a void circle where you throw it, and anyone that comes on it slowly gets dragged down, until they shoot at it long enough or a friend helps them. Another grenade would be a grenade that does a good amount of void damage and leeches life from the opponent, giving you health. The next grenade would be like an arrow, it will be a void shard that will not be affected by gravity and it will take the enemy near death if you hit them with it. This subclass's mainly recovery, and a bit of agility. I hope this will be the third subclass for hunter. And the other classes subclasses will be just as op.

                  • This is my idea for a warlock subclass. Class: Warlock Subclass: Stormstriker Damage type: Arc Grenades: Shock grenade: An arc burst of electricity wich will shock enemies reducing damage output Chain striker: A grenade that emits lightning bolts that can chain between up to four enemies. Enemies struck by a bolt will be unable to attack for 2 seconds. Thunderhead Grenade: A grenade that generates a storm cloud causing mild damage over time for 2 seconds, then a poweful explosive blast of arc energy. Double jumps: Glide: Standard press X once to jump, press x again to glide. Focused Control: More control Focused burst: Quick burst of speed. Bolt: A quick jump that propels the guardian in one direction and lightning charges them, giving a 5s +2 increase to agility. Super: Fury of Thunder: Generates a massive arc discharge directly around the guardian and fowards (with significant range) from them.(In PvP) Any guardian caught in the blast will be killed. Channeled storm: Kills with Fury of Thunder will help recharge grenades. Double Blast: The discharge strikes twice however the second strike affects a smaller area. Cracking Shield: Using fury of thunder generates a shield for the guardian. Melee: Shock: A powerful melee attack that will stun the target. Inwards current: Landing an attack with shock reduces the cooldown of your grenades. Chain voltage: Enemies struck by shock (regardless of survival) will emit small bolts of lightning to damage nearby enemies. Storm strength: Shock will grant the guardian greatly increased defense for a short period of time. Arcane modifiers: All standard warlock 1st ability modifiers: Seekers: Fury of Thunder does slightly reduced damage but emits seeking bolts of lightning. Intensive flow: The effects of Shock grenades and Chain strikers last longer. Recharge: Shock cools down quicker when you melee kill enemies. Order modifiers: all standard warlock 2nd ability modifiers: Charge: Kills with a grenade will reduce cooldown on Fury of Thunder and vice versa. Skyfire bombardment: The area affected by Thunderhead grenades and Fury of Thunder is increased. Overcharged: Kills with Shock or a grenade temporarily buff the damage of the equipped weapon.

                    • Oh my god! Major idea! The huge expansion after house of wolves is called: Comet: "Plague of Darkness"! What if this means that the guardians become infected with the darkness, thus giving the new subclass! It makes sense to me and I just wanted to join the debate.

I have an idea for the titan. It could keep the name Crusader from the rumored subclass, but get a different feel to it. Description: The Knights of Old have waged war against the enemies of God before. The face of God has changed, but his wrath is all the same. I imagined the player model getting a sword when the class is equipped. The super could be called The 8th Crusade or something and would be similar to the hunters bladedancer but slower, hit harder, and have a FLAMING SWORD! Modifiers could be: Will of Light- The 8th Crusade lasts longer and/or uses less energy on each swing. Wrath of Light- Activating/deactivating this super causes a nova like explosion that has a chance to ignite enemies. Force of Eden- Sword lunges have more distance and you gain a small AOE around you. The melee ability could be called Quickdraw, were you quickdraw your sword whilst it is wreathed in flame (EDIT: What if instead of a flaming sword, getting hit with it caused bleeding?). Modifiers could be: Forward Advance- Modifies Quickdraw with a forward lunge when activated while moving. Nova Force- Making contact with Quickdraw causes a nova like explosion that causes additional damage. Blade Mastery- Making contact with Quickdraw allows you to chain a second attack with your sword. Grenades: Spark Grenade- Throw a spark onto the ground that dissipated quickly, if an enemy nears it it explodes with nova like force.(Does damage but mainly knocks enemies away) Ash Grenade- A grenade that adheres to targets. Explodes once but leaves a cloud of poisonous ash. Torrent Grenade- A grenade that sticks to any surface. It emits a vortex of solar energy. Modifiers 1: Keen Edge- Attacks with the sword cause more damage. Swordsman's Focus- Holding the melee button (while Quickdraw is charged) will charge a strike with the sword that causes bonus crit damage. Battle Cry- Pressing LB/L1 while The 8th Crusade is active will cause your character to unleash a battle cry, causing enemies in PvE to run in fear and in PvP the will be disoriented. (Not like a flash bang but more like a concussion grenade) Modifiers 2: Ripping Edge/Touch of Sol- Attacks with Quickdraw cause more bleeding/solar damage. Chthonic Flame (basically Hellfire)- Flames are larger and burn longer or when an enemy is killed by burning, they explode and catch others on fire. (Also could change flame color to blue or white, indicating hotter flames. Holy Ties- Dramatically decreases the cool down for The 8th Crusade. Before you say this sounds overpowered, i feel the titan needs a little more of a boost. when you use Fist of Havoc you cant aim that crap. In pvp You miss, you're SOL, and Ward of Dawn is really only useful if you have the Helm of Saints, even then a shotgun or melee spamming with aim assist will usually kill the turtle. At least you can aim the warlocks Nova Bomb and res yourself with Radiance. And don't get me started on the hunter supers in pvp (though they are lackluster in pve). And I think this idea is overall awesome. Warlock Subclass: Arcweaver Super: Fulmination- Creates an arc storm around the user that causes significant damage over time. Super Modifiers: Thunderhead- Allows a bolt of arc light to discharge at a nearby enemy. Deals massive damage. (2 bolts per super use. Press RT/R2) Overcharged- Duration of Fulmination is shorter, but does more damage. Marked by Light- Have dramatically increased survivability during Fulmination. Grenades: Lightning Bolt- The user shoots a bolt of lightning out of their hand. Explodes on impact. Thunder Grenade- Explodes on impact dealing large damage in a large area Shock Charge- Sticks to any surface and explodes once, damaging and disorientating all in its radius. Melee Ability: Jolt- A warlock melee charged with Arc light. Does bonus damage. Inverse Current- Increases your movement, reload, and melee speed for a short duration after hitting an enemy with Jolt. Increased Voltage- Gives Jolt more range. Powercell- Dealing damage with Jolt decrease your grenade cooldown. Modifiers 1 Direct Current- Increases the duration of Fulmination. The Arc Equation- Kills with Fulmination dramatically decrease your melee and grenade cooldown. Overclocked- Killing an enemy with an arc ability causes them to explode. Modifiers 2 Wrath of God- While using Fulmination, you float above the ground, allowing increased movement speed and jump height. Smite- Gain an additional Lightning Bolt grenade. Alternating Current- Instead of constant damage, Fulmination pulses, doing damage each time. (Pulses 5 times Normally. 3 with Overcharge. 7 times with Direct Current. With Overcharge and Direct Current active, it pulses 4 times.) Hunter time. Hunter Subclass: Voidburner or Voidrunner Super: Void Rip- (I really have to explain this one.....) So I originally called this a Void Snap (Wasn't made for the hunter, but meh). Basically think of the science behind a Cavitation bubble (see: Pistol Shrimp) Essentially the hunter voids an area of matter, then allows the matter to crash back in on itself, causing, what I have dubbed, a Reality-quake. This sends powerful shockwaves through on area and causes extreme heat due to vibrating matter. Super powerful, though I'm not sure this fits to well into the hunter's canon. Animation wise, I imagined a hunter creating the cavitation in front of them, then jumping back as it exploded. Super Modifiers: Superheat- Void Rip causes more damage and can set enemies on fire. (Void Fire) Life Rip- Enemies killed with Void Rip add charge to your next Void Rip. (Not as good as Obsidian Mind) Nothing Trigger- Enemies caught within the actual Cavitation explode, causing more damage. Grenades: Breaker Grenade- Breaks apart on impact, scattering many, high damaging munitions across a small area. Energy Grenade- Sticks to any surface. Purely a damage grenade, but a lot of it. Vampire Grenade- Sticks to the target and explodes once, damaging and healing you slightly. Melee Ability: Hidden Blade- A hunter melee charged with Void light. Does bonus damage. Energy Lance- Adds an aura of Void Light to the Hunter's melee. Adds range and bonus damage. Shackled- Hitting enemies with Hidden Blade lowers their movement speed and inhibits their jumping ability. Embraced- Killing an enemy with Hidden Blade turns you invisible and increases your movement speed. Modifiers 1: Taurus- Killing an enemy with a melee attack increases you movement speed and melee damage. Scorpio- Melee hits poison the target. (Think Thorn) Gemini- You have 2 charges for your melee ability. Modifiers 2: Virgo- When at full health, (Full white bar) you have increased agility Leo- When at low health, (Red bar) you have increased armor. Starless- Disables all "Star" class modifiers but increases all stats (30 points to each stat). I hope this subclass tickles all you hunters, and don't worry Warlocks, I havent forgotten about you. It just gets difficult sometimes. Feel free to leave your opinion. I'd like to hear what people think. Edit: Modified the Hunter's Class modifiers. Now they are a little more coherent and useful. And finally finished the Warlock subclass. Hope you like it!

                      • I know this post is old as dirt but I'm gonna post here anyway. When came up with these I tried to keep a consistent theme. With names I related them with the already existing subclasses and for the abilities I looked at what role lacked for each subclass; for example titan has no range abilities. I might update this. Titan: Solar Subclass: Crusader Super: Gale of Plasma; summon solar light into a ionized incineration beam. The user is still mobile and the beam isn't continuous, meaning it can be fired like a goldengun. Instead of a ironman chest blast I was thinking more of a DBZ blast. Upgrades: Melee: Embercast; hurl a ball of fire at your foes. Hunter: Void Subclass: RiftRunner Super: Dimensionstep; fill yourself with void light to break the bonds of matter and walk through material planes (walk through walls). Melee: Shadow; cast out a lifelike clone to decieve and harm enemies. Warlock: Arc Subclass: Thundercracker Super: Aurora; Repel your foes with a current of arc light, those caught in its wake will detonate moments later. I was thinking of a shockwave that pushes enemies possibly killing them by impact and turns them into temporary bombs that can kill others. Melee: Static; release a bolt of arc lightning at will to damage enemies from afar.

                          • I'll gamble that they never add a third subclass based on the next DLC armor all for only current subclasses, and that the original purpose of that third slot was for the subclass lockdown which if you kept up on was changed in the first day patch.
