  • That would be a waste of money considering you will NEVER win that case in ANY state. Especially when they had probable cause lol. Once that call is made, there is only 1 response.

  • Not in terrorism. Patriot act covers that, and goes even further than just cell phone searches.

Patriot Act all a cop needs is probable cause to detain and search your vehicle or home. There is actually a law (Civil-asset-Forfeiture) that enables a cop to confiscate money, possessions, and property on the presumption that it was obtained through illicit means and most lawyers will not help you because it's almost impossible to win in court. You're not arrested or charged with anything they just take your money/possessions and the case is actually labeled as The State of ______ vs. $6,500 or The State of ______ vs. One Pearl Necklace. In D.C. to even challenge a case like this cost $2,500 it was designed to rob drug dealers and people in organized crime of their assets w/o having to prove anything and most wouldn't fight it but now it's abused by local and state police across the country as a means of funding their depts. and the toys they have. Read this article to learn about some of the rights Americans have when the police rob them http://www.newyorker.com/magazine/2013/08/12/taken It still exists here in the US in February of this year EU (European Union) approved this. Each Member State shall take the necessary measures to enable it to confiscate proceeds and instrumentalities without a criminal conviction, following proceedings which could, if the suspected or accused person had been able to stand trial, have led to a criminal conviction, where: (a) the death or permanent illness of the suspected or accused person prevents any further prosecution; or (b) the illness or flight from prosecution or sentencing of the suspected or accused person prevents effective prosecution within a reasonable time, and poses the serious risk that it could be barred by statutory limitations.

  • No. Switzerland would be better. Saudi is a dry country (no alcohol), and you're not anywhere near well off enough to live there.

The government doesn't follow the rules anymore. Posse comitatus has been broken more times then I can count. Police investigating there own brutality cases and finding nothing wrong. The founding fathers are rolling in there graves right now. And do it "right" (Aka, what you think is the right way)? Has that been working? Did the fact that a majority of American's voted against Obama stop him from taking office? No. The American peoples voice is being ignored and that probably won't change. If you can make it work then do it. I would be very glad, but I just don't see it happening.

  • We're talking about a SWAT strike, not the government conglomerate. And the Posse Comitatis Act has not been broken, it's been suspended a bunch of times in wake of natural disasters and rioting, but never broken. And Police and SWAT don't fall under that, the Military branches do, it stops military personnel from acting as law enforcement. But if a governor or president enables Martial Law, for the sake of the people and state infrastructure, active and reserve military components can then become the law if the land.

  • If it can be suspended by the government doesn't that make it useless? And it also includes military hardware, such as vehicles. MRAP's, something more and more police districts are getting a hold of for daily use. To say it hasnt been broken would be (IMO) a flat out lie, protected by foolish legal words. The rukles put in place to keep us down are so well regulated but the ones to protect us are so easily thrown to the wind.

  • You're telling me, I'm in the military lol. I'm just saying that out of technicalities, it's never been broken. And was drafted under Nixon, rehashed under Reagan to be fully included into the Uniform Code Of Military Justice (UCMJ).

  • There was no shooting No one was injured at all except that poor guy that they basically assaulted the forced him to the ground someone who very clearly posed no threat to them this is why I never call the police for anything they are a useless corrupt power hungry organization
