That is incorrect.
EST Xbox players will also be waiting until 3:01 AM to play.

nope read the print on the page - x1 clearly specifies it will be available at midnight in the players timezone. Which is why I'm confused that Sony hasn't changed or clarified their pages

It was on the xbla store on the x1 last night after the update - it's listed in the description box. I'm not in the US so it might be different
