At 29:47 you can see the logo of the faction " seven seraphs " on a shirt.
So they had this sign long before destiny and thought it would be nice to use it know, or what? Or are these recent recordings ( when they started with destiny)

As you've seen this is post-Reach after the separation, presumably after booting Marty as he's no where to be seen. Also you can see the wind turbines and certain other features that were obviously intended for Old Russia due to the features and the dev team's already bated anticipation.
