Good question! While working on the illustration, I took some inspiration from Bungie describing Titans as knights and other medieval soldiers instead of Master Chief and other super soldiers. While I didn't directly reference [url=http://imageserver.moviepilot.com/updated-destiny-xbox-one-ps4-complete-guide-easter-eggs-secrets-tips-things-to-do.jpeg?width=1920&height=1200]this image of a Titan[/url], it was definitely on my mind while creating the illustration. Also, instead of creating a [i]-blam!- YEAH, TITANS[/i] wallpaper, I wanted to create something more elegant and crisp. I also took inspiration from the Destiny Crucible icon from the Orbit menu screen. I thought it was really elegant looking and fit the illustration style while not detracting from the Titan helmet. Although I changed some of the proportions a bit to better fit the style.
