I don't think they should put in stadiums but they should put in regulation rules, objective markers, and maybe laps.Like for instance you would be match made with other players with the same speed sparrow, and race through the markers in old Russia like an obstacle course while having to race through those markers in a better time than your opponents'

Who says we need bungie to implement something like this? :) we can just make a thread in the forums, have guardians sign up, set up the race course, assign volunteer guardians at various points, keep time, and let em race.

Bungie did mention in one of the weekly updates, from a reader's question about this, that they would be watching to see what we come up with. ;)
