It would be interesting to have there to be changing weather, for example rain storms on Venus and dust storms on Mars. The storms could be different strengths, and could even cause problems for the player like distance of vision. Also if strong enough could cause your sparrow to move with it, or have the player shield his eyes from the wind. It would make the maps seem alive, and always changing.

Great idea for Destiny 2 for now Bungie is limited by xbox360 and ps3 Those platforms can't handle the data requirements for such game changing and beautiful additions to the games graphics Would be a real improvement for the way you play the game. blizzards at the cosmodrome lightningstorms at venus sandstorms on Mars meteor showers on the moon. All things that would improve gameplay 1000 fold.

Bump. Yes, yes, and a thousand more yes-es!

Hows about an option to activate/deactivate the weather, and depending on which map you go to, your weapons will get a damage boost or hinder. As on Venus, it rains. So arc damage would get increased there! Its like adding a heroic modifier but to the patrols
-
Should have been implemented very early in development.
-
There is rain in Venus but it is hard to notice.

Could you flesh this out into a full concept and place it here https://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Post/109584184/0/0 ? I'm compiling a list of future concepts to show Bungie what we expect from future iterations of this game. We can't expect them to add major changes to this game, but we can try to save the next one.

There isn't any whether on Mars Venus the moon

-
Absolutly! After all, it is an "open world".
-
With the grindy nature of this game, weather elements obstructing your view or hindering you in any way would be annoying. "Fücking sandstorm! I just need to complete this bounty!" Think about it...
-
Bungie already made this before the game came out and Activison is making it into dlc now lol jk

And each weather will spawn different mobs
