Feels completely random. I think it should be a raffle type thing where those at the top have more chances than those at the bottom. I'm hardly the best and got that legendary HC twice in a row which I'm sure caused some rage at the top. Although that situation did give me a chance to see if you get more stuff for scrapping it.

14 weapons parts suck lol But yeah that would urk the crap out of me . Since I'm a dominating type of player . I always get more captures and I focus always on winning the match then my on K/D ratio I still end up at the top of the match leaderboard for my team and I never got anything in the iron banner.
