60fps vs 30fps

A lot of people are opposed to having Destiny in 60 fps, because of the inconsistency, and less detail in the overall visual experience. Meanwhile, Destiny, running in 30 fps is the better choice as the graphics would be better and without fps dips. But, I think there's an in-between suggestion that might make both sides equally content. My suggestion is that Destiny remains at 30 fps, but to add motion blur to the next-gen consoles (PS4 and Xbox One). It would make the overall experience a bit more enjoyable. Now, I don't know the technical side to this, but please tell me if it's possible to be added, and have the consistent 30 fps. With the next-gen console's capabilities, I don't think motion blur would affect the fps that much. Not completely sure, though. Please correct me if I'm wrong. TLDR: add motion blur to next gen consoles (PS4 and Xbox One). Thank you. no h8 pls Edit #1: If people get motion sickness from it, it could be added as an option that can be toggled in the settings.
