I'm more surprised that people even felt the need to do this. I pretty much only played Crucible and I had 10,000+ of Glimmer that I just decided to waste on the gun vendor and the emblems and stuff ontop of anything I needed. Glimmer isn't particularly hard to gather anyway without the need to grind.

True but if you could make that 10000 glimmer in a fraction of the time, there will be people who choose to do so.

Well yeah if there are actually plenty of things to buy in the full gameit could definitely be a problem, but there was so little in the beta to buy it seems kind of pointless. The best gear was always found ingame killing enemies.

It's as they said: level 8 is small time. I think this is a game where there will be a lot of diversity in terms of gear, weapons and personalized features.
