I wouldn't blame those guys if they day after launch - once everything is running smooth - they just want to go home and veg/sleep for 24 hours. Between the sheer amount of work to make this thing, and probably all the adjustments and polish they are feverishly working on post-Beta, I can only imagine that the last thing they want to do is spend more time with this thing. This isn't saying they don't love what they have done, etc., but stress by now has got to be maxing out. So my take is: If the Destiny you release runs as well and effectively as the Beta, please fellas - take the day off and relax. You'll have earned it in my book.
