I Solved The Raids Matchmaking situation.
Have "Raids: Matchmaking" & "Raids: Clan".
I'm in a clan (Join: http://www.bungie.net/en/Clan/Post/162357/67307809/0/0 )...but some people may not have 5 other friends or the time to find a clan. I don't think that people should be kept away from end game stuff if they paid full price for the game just like the rest of us.
Make a matchmaking section that is easier with less/not as good loot.
Clan section has best stuff.
Everyone plays all content. Everyone wins.

Just make it optional then people who don't have five friends who can play it at the same time have an option and the people who do don't need to use it it's a win win people don't wine about not having friends who play and the people with friends on don't have to use it
