I purchased destiny awhile back (Summer 2013). I received my 9 digit code and had redeemed it online. However now when logging into my PS4 and going to demo's to download the beta it still asks me to pre-order the game. I have confirmation that my PS4 account was linked with Bungie.net awhile back. However I'm confused as to why I cannot seem to get access to the beta now that's its even public. Any Idea's? it appears I also never received the 12 digit code I was supposed to be emailed. Is this the reasoning? and if so who can I contact to help retrieve this code for me. Thanks!
