You shouldn't have difficulty remembering which is which because each emote has it's own vibe. In this case, wave is to get your teammates attention, point is to get attention to something else (or move on), dance is to play (or celebrate), sit is to wait. So, for example, 'wave then sit' means 'attention teammate, wait'
