Thanks for ruining the Beta. By making it free, it loses all of its specialness. Make it Exclusive or make it free, but pick one and don't just switch in the middle. Now anyone can just download it and get the special reward (whatever it happens to be). It loses it specialness. Now its just an achievment essentially with an unlock from it.
