I just hope they hold off on any nerf/buff until after we play the full game.

Why would they do that? That's the point of the beta, to make the game balanced for launch.

Right now we only have access to level 8, one spec, and only half of the abilities that come from that spec. You really think that's enough information to make an accurate judgement call on balance?

Better weapons will be available with the full game. If the buff/nerf something now could mess up end game weapons. Wouldn't you rather have them balanced then meager lvl8 stuff balanced?

I think they'll just do overall nerfs/buffs, so level wouldn't matter. Like if Interceptors need a damage nerf and Hand Cannons need a reload speed buff, those things will be affected across the board, so weapon level shouldn't matter.

They may, but the better weapons have more bonuses to chose from and could balance the out on there own. We don't know what they have such as damage boost, better control/recoil advantages, or reload speed increase or even all the above.
