So just to further clarify since there seems to be a lot of confusion among others. When you download the app. You're downloading it not to connect to your PS4 but just to link you to a page that allows you to redeem the code and download Destiny. You DONT need to be connected to the PS4 while your are away, you just need it to be linked to the system when you first download the app. The PS4 on standby mode will automatically download Destiny once you redeem the beta key. Am i correct?

As long as you use the app to initiate the download, then yes... That's pretty much how it works lol thank you sir for not needing lengthy explanations on how it works!
