I don't understand the platform selection in the code redemption section

For some reason the beta is unavailable in all non-European/American locations for the PS4. Is this being fixed? I could get it for Xbone instead, but that'l be five days later. Why isn't PS4 global?

where are you from, it says in the FAQ which once to select depending on where you are, for example I'm in Australia (PS3)- we choose Europe.
