yeah cant really wait to see it also , I played the alpha on ps4. Really disappointed that it only ran at 30fps. (PC GUY). But xboxone and ps4 will be the same game both running at 1080p and 30fps. Xboxone will have better colors , ps4 will have better edges . But that xboxone controller , and the VET halo players on xbox is where I will be picking the game up so cant wait to see it running on xbox one .

yes because it do , all playstation games the colors look washed out compared to xbox. Im talking both ps3 and ps4. You wont really notice it into you have both systems running the same game right next to each other. If you think Im just talking out my Butt Google it. Im not trying start a console war just stating what I see. Sony or MS dont pay me to defend either one. Just telling it how it is.

  • Your talking source to target Calibration Default settings and Game/Release day content by system There is no deference in the color output friend (there never was - it doesn't exist). However, I can guarantee that there is a ton of agenda base material out there to forcibly make the PS3/PS4 look washed out. Gametrailers.com was specific called out for misrepresenting the PS3 color settings several years ago. They, Gametrailers, admitted their mistake and abruptly stopped doing comparative multiplatform videos as there was no distinction outside of deep analysis (See Digital Foundry). **Note that the PS3 often performed less than it's 360 counter part when comparing multiplatform titles where the 360 was the lead console. This performance hit resulted in frame rate dips never asset discoloration (again See Digital Foundry). The good news is that there are many examples of actual footage in the wild. Simple search for pictures or videos of the game you are looking for by console. Reliable sources are great. Hope this helps, I own them all as well. Happy Gaming.

  • There is no "better colors" lol It depends on your TV. PS4 will look better, trust me.

  • Even though both games are 1080p and will run at 30fps, PS4 will look better.... how exactly?

  • They will look and play the exact same on the XBone and PS4. No differences at all.

  • it will look the same, performance is another issue, xbox one is kind of...team struggle at the moment (no disrespect, just judging by all the multi plats that came before it and how Titanfall struggled on my X1, doesn't seem that powerful)

  • Don't try and turn this into a console war. The game will be the exact same on both consoles. If you want to complain, compare, and nitpick about the resolution or frame rate of the previous multiplats released, please go and start a new thread about it (thats not what this discussion is about).

  • I have both systems, one runs games better than the other, it's an observation. As far as 30 fps, if they didn't have to make this game run on last Gen hardware, maybe they could have locked the fps at 60

  • So your telling me based on your observations about a game that hasn't even been shown running on an xbox yet, you already know there will be performance issues. I'm telling you man there will be no performance issues. The only thing thats going to matter for this game is what kind of tv your using and what kind of internet connection you have. Other than that the games are the same. Their made specifically for the consoles we'll be playing on. The game will look good regardless if your playing at 30fps or 60 fps on and xbox or a ps. It's really not that serious. And if you really want 60fps (if thats your deal breaker) just wait for the pc release. I'm sure there will be one. Look at GTAV they said nothing about the release for pc for almost a year, and now look. It'll probably be the best version out between Xbox, PS, and PC.

You sound pretty sure, yet you lack the same information I am. We could look At past multiplats though I don't need 60 fps, would have been the cherry on top though.

  • I am, because this is what they have told us. I'm not going off previous games that released before xbox was updated, or the fact that we've already been told PS4 is more powerful. I'm basing my sayings off Bungie's words. And they have said that the games will be identical. Thats all there is to it, everything else is common sense.

  • Time will tell, they said 'they can get it to 1080p' Doesnt mean if it's there yet or native. . I like my TV to be used to its full capability, hence why I lean ps4 on multiplats because this gen it's the lead console. But hey, can't play halo 5 on ps4

  • I believe they've both been confirmed at 1080p 30fps. But like you said only time will tell. I still want to try out project beast but I'll have to wait till I get a ps4 for that one.

  • I would just hold off if that's the only game that interests you, a game that looks that good is going to get pushed back
