No, you cannot delete your account.
However you can make a dummy account to replace the desired (PS4) account and forget about it.
In order to take out the (PS4) account, you have to have at least one login method for your account. So create a login method with any of the other services and then you can remove and replace the (PS4) account.

your advice was terrible because i signed into a dummie account with one of my psn accounts and now when i try to create another account with another psn account it says its already being used even though it's not. I SINCERELY HOPE YOU WILL PUT A FEATURE TO DELETE ACCOUNTS TO AVOID ALL THIS HASSLE IN THE FIRST PLACE

Hey, thanks for the advice. I did exactly what you described, I created a dummy Google account and linked it to the unwanted Bungie account but, annoyingly, when I try to unlink my PSN account it still tells me that I cannot unlink the account I'm signed in with. What do now?

BEGINNING TRANSMISSION: (Low melodious hum.) Make sure you are signed into the dummy account. It will not remove the one you are currently signed into. ENDING TRANSMISSION:
