I am trying to change the Microsoft account associated with my Xbox profile, however, Xbox Live is decided to be a douche... I put in the password to the current Microsoft account I have connected and then I put in the Windows Live ID and password to the new account I wish to connect to my Gamertag (as what you are meant to do). Everything works out fine, but on all occasions I have tried to change my Microsoft account over, Xbox Live always gives me an error message saying "Sorry, there's a problem with the Xbox service. Try again later". I initially thought that it may be because Xbox Live may have some problems as when I tried this the first time Xbox Live was having some issues. But I tried again just now with Xbox Live running perfectly according to what they said on their website and it is coming up again and again with the same error message. What is worse is when I put the status code quoted in the message into the code searcher on Xbox Live Support, it says there is no results for the code. So what is going on? My Microsoft account ID and password are all correct so what could be the issue. And FYI, the new Microsoft account I am trying to connect to Xbox Live is over 30 days old. The only thing that I could think off is maybe I may need to change my DOB on my new Microsoft account so that I am a little older. Would that be the issue or what?
