Most games aren't even 720p on native resolution. Technically, they are still HD as long as they are above (insert actual number) I think 480p. TV only broadcasts at around 720p. There are only a handful of games that have 1080p native specs and most of those are PS3 exclusives. Blu Ray is capable of 1080p so some Blu Ray movies are 1080p. There's a good chance you've played only a few games or none at true 720p let alone 1080p. It's hard to see a difference in something you'e never actually seen. 1080p in native specs is completely different than setting a game setting to 1080p where its native specs are barely above 480p. It's a stretched and converted image instead of actually an image using all of those pixels. [Edited on 09.04.2012 5:37 PM PDT]
