NSA phone tapping ruled likely unconstitutional

[quote][url=http://www.npr.org/blogs/thetwo-way/2013/12/16/251645205/federal-judge-rules-nsa-bulk-phone-record-collection-unconstitutional?ft=3&f=1001]A federal judge in Washington says the National Security Agency's program for bulk phone record collection violates Americans' reasonable expectation of privacy. A similar lawsuit has been filed by the ACLU in New York.
