The game is multi platform. Your B.net account has a linked PSN account. This leads me to believe you will be playing on a PlayStation. I will be playing on Xbox. Even if I were to follow you on B.net, I definitely wouldn't be playing with you in game. I couldn't. There is no correlation to followers on B.net and your fireteam in Destiny.

 • It would be up to me to find out which of my followers will be playing on PS4 and then…play. Its not the only reason i created an account though.

 • The flips side of this are the intentions of the people who followed you. Since clicking follow does not have anything to do with Destiny, you can't assume that, just because someone followed you, they'd want to play with you in game. You'd still have to go find these players and ask them if they wanted to play and add them to your friends list on your console. It's really just a pointless endeavor to try to amass followers in one system for the purpose of playing with people in another.

 • People can follow or they don't. If you disagree somehow, well thats your opinion.

 • It's not my opinion that matters... It's the opinion if the person who's following you. I'm suggesting that you can't assume that someone following you wants to play with you... Only that they enjoy the things you post on here.

 • I'm not assuming anyone who follows will play with me in game, its up to them if or why they followed. Your not 1 of them Nitron F117 so why does it matter so much? this post was a question with no real answer, just opinions. You've made yours clear. What more could you possibly want to know? lol
I'm not assuming anyone who follows will play with me in game
You specifically asked:
should any 1 member of this forum specifically look for followers in the attempt to form a potential Fire Team in Destiny next year
So yeah, it sounds exactly like you're assuming people who follow you will play with you in game.
Your not 1 of them Nitron F117 so why does it matter so much? this post was a question with no real answer, just opinions.
It doesn't matter. You posted a thread, and I responded with my thoughts. That's what a thread is for.
You've made yours clear. What more could you possibly want to know? lol
If I wanted to know more, I would have asked a question. I'm just responding to your replies with any new thoughts that come to mind because of them. We call this, "conversation". It'll generally go back and forth like this until one of us has nothing left to add.
