As for obtaining them, I have friends all over the place and when someone gets a tip or information on someone who has one, I contact them and see if they are willing to part with it. I know where Jorge and Carter are at and Im currently negotiating to try and buy them. Jun I haven't been able to find yet. They are so rare that its extremely hard to find any of em.
