Halo's an annualized franchise. There needs to be something to fill the gap between Halo 4 and Halo 5. If there is a Halo 2A in 2014, which probably means 2013 won't have a Halo game, then the gap between Halo 2A and Halo 4 will have been the longest since Halo 2 and Halo 3.
