Do you think some Spartans 4/20 it inside there power armor when...
...they aren't busy kicking alien buttocks? I could see them hotboxing it occasionally. It would be mighty difficult for them to get caught.

Not to mention the power armor's re-breathers would just cycle the whole "hot boxing" process for at least another 2 hours after they finished.
