Am I correct in saying that no country owns Antarctica or the Arctic? Whatever the case, no country owns Mars or the other planets. So if you bring someone to any of those locations and they agree to go, would you be allowed to do "bad" things to them?
No countries' laws would have effect there, correct? The laws that affect you are determined by whichever country owns the land you're in when you do the deed, correct?
Some random situations I thought up:
You volunteer to take some passengers on a boat to the Arctic. When you are there you kill them.
You are the parent of a 9 year old girl. You bring her to the Arctic and do deeds to her.
You go to Mars and make "illegal" explosives and drugs.
