There isn't really a New Monarchy crest. It's just that there is this guy sitting in a seat with some sort of sceptre and globus cruciger and the Middle Ages style crests. Who doesn't think of New Monarchy when he looks at this picture?

well the New Monarchs? Monarchists? -people, think that their faction is led by a Queen. the figure appears to be male. also if you save the picture it is titled 'captain' not 'king' or 'queen'.
