It'll be hilarious to see how many of these dedicated loyalists turn sides when actual information on these factions are released.

This. I'm waiting to make an informed decision. So far, my only guess is that Dead Orbit is comprised of crewmen from the destroyed fleet around Saturn. That's all I can guess so far.

I'm trying to convince myself that regardless of whatever the New Monarchy offers, I will stick to my choice because I've already bought a New Monarchy shirt and have decorated my profiles and computers with New Monarchy and Destiny gear. If there's a heavy desire to change factions, it would take some money from my pocket to do so lol.

Hahaha, I agree man. I'm not trying to hate on this or anything, but we have little to no info on the game, and it surprises me how fast people have these things set up.

While I can imagine some corruption if it is true they recruits get "the best equipment" (Ex. People joining just for the stuff, then quitting) I wouldn't be that harsh. I could imagine people joining just to have a good time and make some friends.

I'd join w/e just to get some cool gear... heck, I'd become a Space "Escort" just to get some kick -BLAM!- gear...
